Esdra projects
Complexity deserves a clear direction.
More locations and systems change the questions. Before promises, we focus on the people, data and steps in your project.
Start with how you work.
Locations, roles, catalogues and existing systems define the scope. The assessment separates what Esdra’s core covers from what needs configuration, integration or development.
Every connection has an owner.
For catalogue, stock, orders and documents we define sources, permissions and rules. Connector availability, volumes and requirements are verified in the project; a catalogue entry does not mean a live connection.
One first workflow. Then the next step.
We define a pilot, checks and launch conditions. We extend the scope when the process has been verified, keeping support, timing and responsibilities clear.
Four stages, one continuous operational workflow.
Create the product
Product records, materials, variants, costs, samples and progress live in the PLM.
Produce and distribute
Availability and movements connect suppliers, warehouses, stores, agents and B2B customers.
Grow your market
CRM, calendar, follow-ups and marketing turn contacts into business relationships.
Sell across every channel
Retail, B2B and ecommerce share products, customers, orders and stock.
From product to customer, the brand works as one system.
The product starts from a shared record, not scattered information.
Design, product, purchasing and production teams work from the same version. Materials, variants, costs, samples and approvals remain traceable through to the production order, reducing errors and manual hand-offs between teams and suppliers.
From production to warehouses, then onwards to every sales channel.
Goods receipt, quality control, locations, picking, packing and transfers update central availability. Stores, agents, the B2B portal and ecommerce all see consistent quantities; for advanced operations, Esdra connects handheld devices, WMS platforms, APIs and robotics.
New customers enter a follow-up journey, not just a list.
B2B and B2C contacts, activities, appointments, quotes, orders and conversations remain in one history. Marketing and inbox management let the team continue each relationship from any channel.
Sell through B2C, B2B and retail channels without creating three separate businesses.
Connect your existing ecommerce platform or create a new one with Esdra. Catalogues, price lists, orders, customers and stock remain synchronised across stores, buyers, agents, marketplaces and your website.
B2C
Ecommerce, customer support and direct sales connected to Esdra catalogue, stock and customers.
B2B
Buyers, retailers, agents, price lists and wholesale orders in the same operational environment.
Retail
POS, registers, locations, warehouses and operators coordinated through shared company rules.
The workflow is adapted to your organisation, one team at a time.
We map the real product and customer journey, then define data, roles, integrations, migration and launch. EVA stays alongside each team to understand context and assist with everyday work.
Analysis
We map locations, channels, existing management systems, stock, catalogues, teams and operational priorities.
Architecture
We define products, integrations, roles, permissions, data and responsibilities.
Migration
We bring products, customers, stock and useful history into a controlled workflow.
Launch
We train the team and roll out the system by location, department or channel, reducing operational friction.
Frequently asked questions.
Is Enterprise a different plan or a dedicated project?
Enterprise is a dedicated programme for companies with multiple locations, channels, teams, integrations or complex processes. Its scope is defined before work begins.
Can we integrate existing systems?
Yes. We analyse ecommerce, marketplaces, ERP, files, APIs, WMS, shipping and existing tools to determine what to connect and how.
Is migration included in the project?
For Enterprise projects, migration is planned in detail: data, checks, testing, training and launch are all part of the operational programme.
Does Esdra support advanced warehousing or robotics?
Yes. We can design workflows with handheld devices, barcodes, picking, APIs, external WMS platforms, automation and smart-warehouse scenarios.
