Esdra Inventory centralises products, variants, availability, suppliers, warehouses and movements, supplying every channel with the same data.

Goods enter a workflow before they enter the warehouse.

The Warehouse App connects what you buy, what you receive, where you store it and how you move it. Every step prepares the next and remains in the history.

From supplier to goods receipt, without disconnected steps.

Orders, delivery notes and received quantities share one workflow. Discrepancies, unexpected items and partial deliveries are checked before stock is updated.

Departments, areas and shelves become operational addresses.

Recreate the real structure of each site in the App. Location data supports receiving, put-away, inventory, picking and transfers, so staff no longer have to find goods from memory.

The operational context

In fashion retail, stock is fragmented across stores, ecommerce, marketplaces, suppliers and replenishment. Without one central source, stockouts, overstock and manual checks increase.

EVA AI reads delivery notes, invoices and price lists, suggests goods receipts, updates prices, flags critical stock and helps operators correct inventory and replenishment.

Frequently asked questions

How do I model my warehouse?

Create your warehouses and organise their structure in the 3D builder: areas, shelves, levels, trays and boxes represent the physical space. Each location becomes a reference for your team.

How is receiving linked to a purchase?

Supplier, purchase order, variants and receiving document follow one workflow. Check quantities received by size and colour and assign a location; differences and partial arrivals remain under control.

What are location QR codes for?

The Esdra Warehouse App uses location references to help during receiving and movements. Transfers connect source, products, quantities and destination while preserving history and availability by warehouse.
