Lawful use
The customer and authorised users must use Esdra only for lawful purposes consistent with the contract, applicable law and third-party rights.
Prohibited conduct
- Unauthorised access, intrusion attempts, abusive scanning or interference with systems and networks.
- Uploading or distributing malware, malicious code, unlawful content or material that infringes third-party rights.
- Using the platform for spam, phishing, fraud, unsolicited communications or campaigns without a valid legal basis.
- Circumventing technical limits, plans, quotas, security measures or access controls.
- Collecting, exporting or processing personal data without appropriate authorisation or a valid legal basis.
Suspension and intervention
Esdra may restrict, suspend or terminate access where there is a risk to security or service continuity, a breach of law or these terms, or harm to third parties.
Customer responsibilities
The customer remains responsible for the content, data, campaigns, integrations and configurations enabled by its users or connected systems.
