- Hosting, cloud infrastructure, databases, storage and backups.
- Transactional email, notifications and communication tools.
- Payments, invoicing, accounting and administration.
- Customer support, ticketing, CRM and support tools.
- Analytics, monitoring, logging, security and abuse prevention.
- AI providers and technical services required by EVA AI, where enabled.
- Customer-requested integrations: ecommerce, marketplaces, shipping, invoicing, marketing and connected channels.
Supplier obligations
Suppliers processing personal data on Esdra’s behalf must be bound by agreements consistent with the GDPR, including confidentiality, security measures, purpose limitation and support for data protection obligations.
