Scope of application
These terms govern access to the website, the Esdra platform and the services provided by Huberway LLC.
Use of the services requires acceptance of these terms, the privacy policy, the cookie policy and any specific agreements entered into with the customer.
Accounts and user responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate, up-to-date and relevant information.
- Credentials must be kept secure and must not be shared with unauthorised persons.
- The customer is responsible for data entered into the platform, enabled configurations and permissions granted to its staff.
- Esdra may suspend access in the event of unlawful use, a security risk, non-payment or breach of these terms.
Features, integrations and availability
Esdra connects POS, inventory, ecommerce, marketplaces, invoicing, shipping, marketing and EVA AI. Some features depend on third-party services and the APIs made available by their respective providers.
Esdra may update, improve or modify features, interfaces and integrations for technical, regulatory, security or product reasons.
Pricing, free trial and payments
- Where available, the free trial lasts for the period stated on the website or in the commercial offer.
- Plans may limit usage, operating thresholds, resources or data volumes without necessarily limiting access to core features.
- Non-payment may result in suspension, restriction or termination of the service.
EVA AI
EVA AI is designed to assist staff with repetitive tasks, data consultation and operational workflows. It does not replace human judgement and must not be used as the sole basis for critical decisions.
The customer remains responsible for verifying actions, data and content generated or suggested by the assistant.
Limitations of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Esdra is not liable for indirect losses, interruptions caused by third parties, customer configuration errors, unavailability of external integrations or improper use of the platform.
Any mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the rules on jurisdiction established by applicable law and the relevant contractual agreements.
